Refunds & Cancellations

Within 14 days of your first purchase — Patron or Legacy Patron — we refund in full, no questions asked. Write to hello@studionxt.art and the refund is issued to your original payment method. Access ends when the refund is made; your archive data is retained under our Promise Note, so nothing you documented is lost if you return.

All purchases on StudioNXT are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Beyond the 14-day window, refunds, cancellations, and any statutory withdrawal rights available to you are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy.
