Data Ownership

Your archive belongs to you. Here is exactly what that means.

We are the keeper. Not the owner.

There is a difference between a platform that holds your work and one that owns it. Most platforms blur this line. StudioNXT does not.

When you upload an artwork, record a voice session, or create a document inside StudioNXT, you retain full ownership of that content. We hold it. We do not own it. That distinction is not a technicality. It shapes every decision we make about how the platform works.

What that means in practice.

You can export it

Your archive is yours to take at any time. You can request a full export of everything you have ever uploaded or created, in standard formats readable by any device, without needing us to unlock it.

You can delete it

If you close your account, everything goes with you. We delete all associated data from our systems within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are permanently removed within 90 days. Nothing is kept for our benefit.

We do not license it

We hold a limited technical licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. That licence ends the moment you do. It does not extend to displaying, distributing, or commercialising your work in any form.

We will never train AI on it

Your archive will not be used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, without your explicit, informed, opt-in consent. Mira draws only from what you have placed in your archive for your benefit. It does not feed a shared model.

We will never sell it

Your data is not a product. It is not shared with third parties for marketing, research, or any other commercial purpose. The people who operate StudioNXT are the only people with access to your archive.

If we close.

If StudioNXT ever closes, every artist receives ninety days notice and a complete collection of their archive, returned to their hands in full, before anything stops.

Not buried in a format we control. Not held behind a login that no longer works. A structured collection of everything you ever placed here, in open formats, organised by year, ready to live anywhere you choose.

This is written into the legal foundation of artNXT. It is not a policy that can be quietly changed. It travels with the company under any ownership.

Your work is on our servers. Not in our hands.

Storage is a technical arrangement. Ownership is something else entirely.

We are trusted with your work the way a great registrar is trusted with a collection. We maintain it, protect it, and make it available to you. We do not treat it as ours. We do not profit from it. We do not use it for anything beyond what you placed it here to do.

If you ever want it back, it is ready. It was always yours.
